Job Description :
1. Taking case history, visual acuity, objective refraction by handling instruments like retinoscope and auto Refractometer / keratometer.
2. Subjective refraction by performing various subjective tests to confirm the final glasses prescription.
3. Slit lamp examination for checking the anterior segment of the eye.
4. Teaching the patients on insertion and removal techniques of contact lenses.
5. Educate and counsel patients on contact lens care, visual hygiene, lighting arrangements and safety factors.
6. Product and brand knowledge on frames, prescription lenses, contact lenses, sunglasses and accessories. Markings and measurements related to optical dispensing.
7. Counseling based on the findings and advising the best suited optical products for the customers.
8. Handling customer troubleshoots and giving a solution to make the customer satisfied with our services.
